Good games are affordable!
Well since I sometimes put my nose out of Grand Theft Auto while still playing PS2 at nights I may as well write some lines about what I play and how it is. Especially after Stian told me how you can get good games for only £9.99 at play.com I've started exploring old and not-so-old classics. To make it short: The items are cheap, the webshop interface is ok, the sender pays the stamps/shipping and while in Norway you should not order any items more expensive than £16 because then you would have to pay toll. (The limit of £16 varies, let's just ask Stian to get an updated value, he knows all about it) The people at play.com has even understood about the toll issue so every item is shipped in separate packages. How neat.
Here's the 3 items that appeared in my mailbox last week:
Oh. before I get into talking about these titles I guess I should mention that if you own a PS2 and like me enjoy some smart and healthy virtual violence you must be insane if haven't allready bought the GTA series.

San Fierro
I moved to San Fierro yesterday. I've started a service station there and my new friend in the mind-expanding-chemicals-business is good for the income.
As if my San Andreas addiction wasn't enough, I've started the old GTA3 again from start. There's something in that game that makes it hard to stay off. Even though Vice City and San Andreas is, I guess, more refined. Playing the PC version adds quite some extra value to the graphics experience and I can enjoy my own music with the mp3 player. (Oh. And I can bring it anywhere on my laptop. Only problem is that the touchpad is obviuosly not made for gaming...)
